Janet Riefkohl-Spencer of the Janet Spencer Law Firm in Rogers has been appointed to the Legislative Task Force by Legislative Committee President-elect James D. Sprott of Harrison. The task force’s services include advising the legislative branch in Arkansas. The appointment became effective during the Arkansas Bar Association’s annual meeting this month.
